Once you register for Carrum Health, you'll receive guided prompts and live support throughout your journey. Most, if not all, costs will be covered by your Partners for Health medical plan.*
*Except for second opinions, members enrolled in a consumer-driven health plan must first meet the federal minimum deductible, but coinsurance will be waived. Out of pocket costs are waived for members enrolled in a PPO plan. Second opinions are provided at no cost to members and do not require payment of any deductible. Per IRS rules, a portion of any covered travel expenses will be reported as taxable income.

Carrum Health covers a wide range of non-emergency surgical and medical care. Our network includes top doctors who specialize in a variety of conditions. You may even get a second opinion from one of these experts, at no cost to you. To learn which services are covered, log in to your account or call Carrum Health at (888) 855-7806.

In these instances, travel expenses like airfare, hotel fees and meals are often covered for you and a companion. Your first step will be to complete your Carrum Health profile to tell us what type of care you’re looking for. Then, we’ll give you a list of what’s needed for your specific case. You’ll also need to fill out an online release form, so our team can collect related records and images from your current providers to send to your Carrum Health doctor for review.
